About Cynthia Palmer
Cynthia has become recognized as an accomplished visionary and property developer. Her remarkable career began to crystallize upon graduation from the University of Pacific. She is a 25-year veteran of business entrepreneurship, having founded such diverse ventures as Alpha Phoenix/International Agro-Development, Cynthia Palmer Associates Wine & Grape Brokerage, and Palmer Properties Development, Inc.
With real estate experience from both US coastlines to the European shores, Cynthia's style and expertise are exemplified by her distinction as a wine/grape broker, a fifth generation agricultural developer in the Central California farming industry, and a pioneering member of a private business group focused on efforts to privatize farms in the former Soviet Union. Through her creative strengths and expertise in business performance, Cynthia has driven notable growth in the real estate investment and performance expansion sectors, creating exciting potential for forward thinking opportunists.
Known in the wine industry as a negotiant, she purchases wine grapes directly from the California growers and bulk wines from California wineries. Dr. George Vierra, winemaker for Lawrence Harrison Cellars, formulates specific blends for each client?s style requirements and price point.
About Cynthia Palmer's Winemaking for the Chinese Market
15 years ago we began making wine for Chinese clients who came to us with requests for certain styles and varietals at a specific price point. Proficient in the customs requirements and necessary paperwork to comply with Chinese regulations we have the capacity to produce up to 400,000 cases per year and can have an order produced and at the Port of Oakland in 6 weeks from the time the deposit is received. Strictly a 'behind the scenes' producer we have a number of labels for the Chinese market in which we give them exclusive rights to own. Our mission is to efficiently produce quality product at the very best prices in the effort our clients grow their business and become a recognized brand in China.
Lawrence Harrison Cellars creates new brands and blends and bottles wines exclusively for the People of China. Members of our winemaking and sales team have been traveling to China for more than 15 years. They have learned about the demands of the Chinese people and the style and sophistication of the wines they appreciate. The family of Lawrence Harrison Cellars started producing fine wines in the Napa Valley in the late 19th century. They use great care in all their wines. Attention is shown from the vineyard to the winery to the bottle.
MONICA SALLOUTI, CERTIFIED NATURAL CHEF
Monica is a personal chef and caterer who's cooking is the perfect intersection of talent and the best resources: fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, oysters, artisan breads and cheeses, and of course, wine. She will work to develop a menu or meal plan, helping owners shop for food, stock the kitchen with customized ready-to-eat dishes, or prepare ingredients that are ready for owners to assemble and cook. Monica works with owners to provide just the service requested, including preparing and serving meals on-site.
